Everything was really good, had a very very good stay during a quick visit to family living in the area. I had freshly made food for breakfast for the continental included.
The staff - some of them were quite busy.

TV did not have as many channels which was a shame.Good breakfast have had continental and Full english. Not had too much noise yet and parking is very clse by.

Charming stay with a cozy atmosphere
The spacious room provided all the necessary amenities and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was quite nice, with a good variety of options. The pillows were a bit too thin for my taste and could definitely use an upgrade for better comfort.

the food was very good value and the staff were very friendly and helpful
staff should be taught how to pour a proper pint of guinness being irish it was awful , i watched in horror as the bar person scooped out the cream of my guinness with a spoon 3 times !!!!!!! hence i only had one pint but it didn't spoil our stay !!!!

The carpets are dirty and lifting!!! The shower pressure is abysmal!!! The noise from events disrupts relaxation!!! A complete overhaul is necessary in numerous areas!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful.Room-double as single occupancy- was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable, and extra blankets and pillows were provided, as were toiletries and tissues. The room was very quiet and I slept well both nights.Lunch was not available but Epping centre is pleasant, and a nice ten minute stroll away. The tube to London is a short drive away- taxi costs £3.50, and taxis are readily available.Overall I thought it was very good value for money, and would not hesitate to recommend the Bell.

The exterior of the hotel looked very shabby, including the hallways etc but the room itself was nice. The breakfast was horrible and other guests in the night were very load.
